A user experience update to Walmart Luminate Customer Perception provides an easily accessible menu of categories and subcategories that aligns with Walmart’s catalog

Walmart Luminate Customer Perception presents a newly updated product hierarchy that simplifies how voice-of-the-customer research is conducted. Featuring an updated category and department-level targeting selection menu that is aligned with Walmart’s product hierarchy, Customer Perception now offers closer alignment to the category catalog with which you are familiar, improving connections to your brand and the Walmart shoppers that you want to target in your research.


Now, instead of searching for a specific hyper-targeting variable to identify customers who have purchased an item or brand, you can drill down by category, subcategory, and more, to the products you are interested in. With this new update, targeting more closely resembles the product hierarchy available in other modules, like Shopper Behavior, which means improved targeting based on insights found in reports
